People are still traveling but being more selective where they make the memoriesI wouldn't say a crash per say is coming with these properties.

I keep hearing about a crash or a correction in the real estate market.  

I’m still less than 50% leveraged so I feel comfortable if the economy crashes and I have to reduce rent or have a lot of vacancies.

It has been an extremely unpleasant transaction thus far... boy do I have stories... 

When I bought this rental in 2021, everyone was saying the RE market was about to crash.

We also want to buy a house before some crash of the dollar happens that would potentially price us out of the housing market, particularly in California forever.

There are a lot of much lower-risk markets that have also appreciated and are likely to continue appreciating where one can get financing and that aren’t 100% dependent on foreign investment and tourism (prone to crashing in down turns as discretionary spending decreases).

And members crashed them occasionally a couple went into the ponds and some broken feet ( dragging their feet) but to me if you have guest and they let a teen on them with little to no experience if they hit something or someone they could really do some damage so based on my experince with them I would never do this personally.

I needed to get up to speed quickly, figure out the niche that made sense, and start rebuilding our business after the market crash.
