And if you are going to ultimately just disable the account, then skip the fine altogether as it sends a bad message to the community.

And it may ultimately be a scale problem --- it's hard to work with the "best" when you work on smaller projects.

I think it really depends when and how you get ultra wealthy and ultimately you have to love what you do.
