MAR shows total inventory down year over year 3.83% and new listings are tumbling down 7.67% YoY.

So my question is, can i remove the washer and drier set up altogether or are they entitled to keep it?

I would also check the spin cycle on the washer as the drier, assuming they turn it on for long enough and use the heat, shouldn't take two full cycles to dry the clothes.

Start with exterior renovations that should directly affect NOI such as installing led lighting, submetering the units (if necessary), installing covered carports, washer/driers in units, laundry facilities, just to name a few. 

Another option is just to provide the washer and drier outlets and require the tenant to get their own.

And a lot drier in the summer and fall.Personally I think suburbs throughout the country are more or less the same. 

An advantage was that if your clothes could be tumble dried, you could simply turn it on to wash and dry, and it would go through the whole cycle without needing to move anything from the washer to the dryer.The disadvantage?
