If the law were so great, why did they need to ram it thu?

It runs under the driveway, under the house (starting about 4 Ft from the edge of the house), under the concrete of the pool, the tiki hut and the boat dock.

We have just begun renovating the house to better suit guests and will begin building 5 stand alone huts once the winter is over.

I’m thinking things like outdoor bar/grill under a tiki hut.

@THU NGUYENIf your asking how much background checking before even trying to make contact with the owner, I would say not much.  

I have never AirBnb'd a rental before, but I haf the idea to build an earth bag dome with a bamboo and palm frond roof tiny house and a few Tiki huts on my own land in FL and renting them out as nightly rentals.  

There is a reason why Hilfiger, Sunglass Hut, Ralph Lauren... have spaces down there

But I've also started flipping nicer homes, the key to that is finding distressed sellers.Like I mentioned before, you gotta dig thu a mountain of crap to find the gold and diamonds.

A mid-range Jacuzzi is half of that $20K budget, but doesn't include any patio concrete/stones, plumbing, electric, tiki hut lumber, and LABOR. 

Seeing Pizza Hut charges, and strings of ATM withdrawls for $20 or so, is a good indication of poor money mgt.
