After a quick head scratch, I went to someone else at the bank and asked if two years rental income Schedule E from '09 and '10 would suffice to show experience--lo and behold it would.One day it's up, the next it's down, but I keep on truckin'.

I'm digging into technical territory on that and didn't take notes from my conversation with the attorney, but suffice it to say that it can't be gifted at the end.

Suffice it to say, most of our due diligence was done prior to putting in our offer and we were very confident that we would move forward had our offer been accepted.
