ONe of them owned 2 acres next to Apple headquarters on Stevens Creek blvd  ( it was his bar and restaurant for years)   just stubborn dude is all I can remember.

She was offered $2500 for 3 yrs.If she rents it out she'd have to buy or rent a second place to live in.I told her her to sell it and buy 2 smaller homes, but she's stubborn like that.

I used that card many times to get my borrowers to settle up.. easier dealing with me than the IRS>. ones that were stubborn I sent them out and the next thing you know they are calling me  and freaked out.

Also the property has been on the market for over a year which could be a sign that something is really wrong or the seller is just stubborn on the price.

So I love old inventory, ripe for a price reduction and at that time the seller is ready or just really stubborn.

Some can be real stubborn. 

That's the trade off stubborn Sellers should expect if they make "sight unseen" condition of the purchase.  

It’s only “flooded” by over priced units that stubborn LL’s aren’t being realistic about, because they could get very high rents for crappy units before. 

Although one of my faults is being stubborn, in this case I appreciate being hard-headed and sticking with it.
