A couple of drips formed overnight, and were shaved off with a razor blade.

I would use a metal cutting blade because you'll likely cut through nails too.

It was then that I noticed this guy had a big long string going from the kitchen through the hallway of circle saw blades hanging from the string and his kitchen cabinets were all open and had things thrown in them.

So I'm practicing my assertiveness by being direct, standing up straighter with my chin up, and speaking lower and not smiling, I notice myself furrowing my brow too.

For me it was a friend who reminded me that 'even a wood-cutter has to stop to sharpen his tools, otherwise he ends up bashing with a blunt blade' lol... bit corny I know, but my suggestion is to include time in your day or week to let your mind go away from real-estate.  

An angle grinder with a diamond blade for those odd cuts and for cutting holes around pipes.

I cut them all open with a razor blade and drained them in the yard and recycled the plastic.  

This way they cannot be bend and if one of the blades are damaged you simply replace one blade verses the entire unit.

Grind the crack with an angle grinder concrete blade. 

Just materials and expendable items like paint rollers, tarps, razor blades etc.
