Pretty much spot on!

To resolve parking, is there anyway to maintain the driveway for a couple off-street parking spots, even though the garage is gone?  

I may at somepoint consider utilities like energy and water, and how I can become more self sustaining, purchasing stocks is one way I can make my money back, or obtain ownership in what I am spending on in terms of utilities. 

Stock market-  it’s time for a 40 to 50% dive.Whether any or all of these come to fruition as an issue, just one of them would have a significant impact on REI.

I find their platform very user friendly and for those that have no clue about how to pick stocks, funds, ETF's, etc., Wealthfront is a great robo advisor.

They also stated they only allow three brokers and three cash homebuyer “spots” in any given area, and they only move into areas where they can guarantee at least 600 leads per year.

Just curious if you find it makes a difference updating your photos on a somewhat regular basis or tend to leave the STR photos the same once you have somewhat found a sweet spot?
