I was banking with BoA but can't justify the fees anymore.These are both somewhat startup companies.

I think it stems from the illusion startup founders project by becoming young billionaires.

The neighborhoods were very social, neighbors doing crawfish boils in their front yard for anyone who was hungry, musicians and artists, second line parades could start up any time.

@Daniel KimBuy and hold in Columbus, OH - much higher rent to price ratio than LA I invest in Columbus RE, huge growth to come from recent additions to the tech sector (google, intel, amazon, honda, and many start ups).

Note: I left my corporate job over a year ago and building a startup (beyond real estate) so I believe this limits my options re mortgages, yes?

I have to admit I don't find the sense of entrepreneurial euphoria anymore, we are growing and proud of it, but the start-up excitement is gone.

You really should be talking to these want to be start-ups with some reality.
