It's fun to start soaking in all you can about real estate investment, and BP is a great place to do it.

I am fairly new to BiggerPockets, hanging around the forums and soaking up all the knowledge I can.

Start soaking up as much knowledge as you can: learn the terminology, read the articles, listen to podcasts, continue posting in forums.Find where you can start adding value for someone else and hustle.

My concern/question is "Am I stuck with soaking half the rent indefinitely?"

Total newbie here and just saving and soaking all the info I can in.

Hi everyone, I wanted to throw out a question and get some ideas/feedback back from you guys.Trying to soak up as much information as possible before I make my first purchase If you had to start from the beginning,  and you had $50,000 cash to invest, and your ultimate goal was to quit your day job and do this for a living within the next 5-10 yrs, how would you invest? 

I and the architect decide to nix the bathtub because if it isn't a soaking tub, how often do people take baths.

I have been soaking up as much info as I can these past few weeks and would like to start networking with anyone in the Chicagoland area.

I'm an investor in the Jacksonville area and am also interested in participating in some of these meetups and soak in the knowledge from other folks' experiences.
