You could also benefit from people looking to get away to the "woods" of Wisconsin without dealing with the hectic tourism of the Dells. 

The wall should be very sturdy and not feel loose due to wood rot.2.

This one is different as it uses wood slats instead of the metal wires but all the reviews are pretty positive.The only issue I would guess is dust collection on the fabric headboard.

Others may be able to assist with the Indianapolis specific regulations but most investors focus solely on cost when qualifying and selecting their contractors  but that’s a short sighted approach.

To add to the humor, I skiptrace the guy, I think he has more court cases against him than the weekend warrior training program /guru who has around $2M in judgments against him that he probably just took his weekend course from - because its comical that after this guru holds his course every new investor comes out of the wood work with the same facebook and email campaign that they have been teaching for the past ten years.. 

Hind sight I probably wouldn't have but now it's fairly locked with them for a while, which is fine.

I bought sight unseen out of state (Indianapolis) - I don't recommend this but I do know experienced investors who buy OOS and never see the property in person but they have a  higher risk tolerance than me.
