Yeah I bet.He basically used wood shims or the planks from pallets to "drywall" his entire house:And as a soffit, which he conveniently put in outlets that tied to the interior of the house.

There is a gutter missing, needs new screens on the windows and a new post outside and like I mentioned some mildew on the ceiling in the master bathroom and a leak spot on the first floor ceiling beneath the master bathroom.I dont think I will continue with this property.

They'll give you a report showing what it needs, whether piers need to be added and how many, whether existing piers need to be shimmed up, and so on.It may be there's no real problem....a certain amount of foundation settling is OK.
