Don't forget the fact that there are 7 Federally protected classes and disability is one of them (Race, Color, Religion, National Origin, Sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), Familial Status, and Disability).

You can't ask about anything that falls into protected class, such as sexual orientation, familial status, race or religion, just to name a few.

After I run the background check I am 3-for-3 in positive hits for the sexual predator list with crimes against minors.  

My world is crumbling around me.Next you're going to tell me that the most famous athlete in the world in his time, the iconic symbol of all around male athleticism from my youth is now in his 60s and has become confused about his sexuality.

That bill added "sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression" to the list of protected classes (after race, color, religion, sex, marital status, national origin, familial status...) with Charlotte obviously requiring that establishments there make accommodations for the "full and equal enjoyment of the good, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of a place of public accommodation..."

@Roy N. congrats on your 5,000th post :)HUD rules dictate no public housing assistance for convicted felons, in that category we have crimes involving sexual predators and rape, violent crimes, drugs and money fraud, grand theft.
