Each state is different and it's better to check out on your state site about licensing.The main thing that when you're managing properties, you have to be very familiar with Fair Housing, ADA etcThis is a huge thing about discriminating and all of the licensees must take mandatory continued education on the laws, fair housing etc.

@Alex Gordon You dont need to ad a fan unless you are getting a permit and if fan is a requirement of the permit.

We post an ad a week before any showings, but have only one day of showings.

If it is a service animal you have to rent them under the ADA laws, even if you have no pet poliicy.
