O.K. so I have reached the tipping point with Scatter site properties.  

i think the blogs on bigger pocket are better than the threads. there's so much info in the threads, but scattered everywhere and hard to absorb so much info..or just look at the reviews on amazon for the books. i'd start with library fist though. i dont like to collect books unless i will refer to them.

There's always 'things' scattered around, too.

I doubt Detroit ever turns into a ghost town, but you only have to drive through one of the numerous ghost towns scattered all over the country to realize the value of a house can indeed fall to zero.

I have a couple of properties I've house hacked into a couple of spots scattered in Morgantown, WV and Charlotte, NC, both great markets for student housing and population growth, respectively.

For investors with long distance portfolios, are you clustering all of your properties in a single city or are you scattered around the country?
