We have programs that we readily pay your; grocery bill, rent, cell phone, internet, spending money, health insurance, Rx coverage, day care AND to boot not only do you NOT have to pay diddly-squat in income tax's that the rest of us subsidize (pay) for you but we even send you a big fat check each year if you have kids.

I'd be open to something like that.Thanks,ChrisCorrect, there are a bunch of Condos available to rent that's one of my points about saturation and competition driving prices down.I don't buy houses in HOA neighborhoods either.My next STR purchase will likely be a beach house directly on the beach or at least across the street with beach views.

I see a problem with a lot of saturation in that area, and I can imagine that it is very difficult to stand out, and anyone that does operate one of those condos, would you do it again, or would you try to get a house next time?

The other thing of course is location, location, location.In hot or saturated markets, it seems the hosts all add similar amenities, so then it becomes a battle on reviews, pricing, and location.A property in a great location (without all the amenities) can do just as well or better than a property with all the amenties but in a poorer location.
