In either case there's no shortage of strange sounds, that room will randomly go cold for no apparent reason, doors will swing shut or creak open on their own, and there's weird vibes to the property in general.

Olde Kensington is seeing improvement and even has some of the best local restaurants.

Hello I am just getting started in NNN investment, and mainly looking at national brand tenants in Quick Service Restaurants(QSR). 

Two or three years ago we had a storm that shut the entire season down and caused significant damage to people's property and streets.    

It is a great spot for restaurants though! 

JUSTIFIED- $300 on a dinner at a mid-level restaurant, assuming family treat.

@Justin,  No you don't need to provide notice however make sure to notify if you will be disturbing common areas, shutting off water to washing machines, having alot of workmen on site.
