That doesn't really make any sense to me (not saying it's not true, just that it's very weird)...An assigned contract doesn't result in anything that even resembles a second transfer of title.

I am new to investing but here is how it was explained to me.You are are okay giving a Seller an Option and Lease together, since you are not the one that will be living in the property, so the law won't apply, but you should NEVER give your Tenant/Buyer anything resembling an Option with a Lease, not even if for only 180 days.

Most will be quick to reccommend TX, AZ, FL, and CA.As far as cash flow goes I don't see anything in those areas resembling the type of cash achievable in areas around the midwest rust belt (please correct me if i'm wrong).

Josh,I received an email indicating that you had made a comment on my status update, and that I should go to my dashboard to view it.Unfortunately, I don't see anything that would resemble a status comment from anybody, and I don't seem to even be able to tell where that would appear.Looks like I'm having the same issue as what Uwe described ...Also, I don't seem able to see my status below any of my own posts as it would appear in the signature area.

When someone reads the examples the FBI has successfully and properly prosecuted...No wayyyyy do they do resemble the “case study” in any material way.The link to the FBI web site MHO again... is merely a BS link to add legitimacy to a BS fallacious argument and example.
