We've let tenants paint before, letting them know we would use their security deposit to repaint the property to the original color at the end of their tenancy.

I am planning to repaint the interior and exterior, replace the whole central AC unit, replace doors etc..

I am assuming I just need to repaint because it would be a nightmare, if not impossible, to get the paint off the brick house?
