Go to some RE groups and meetups and when you meet some knowledgeable people you get along with, simply ask them if they'd mind if you called them for advice on certain situations.

will be totally ignored by those who know what they are talking about, I would.You need to do some studying before trying to look at the pot of gold, most of those pots have holes in the bottom.Nothing personal, not blowing off at you, just that you're way in over your head right now and you need to back up, regroup, rethink, study and begin at the beginning. :)
