IMO myabe you who doubted the power of the electric needs to regroup as Americans.

And truthfuly...it may be a very good chance for me to regroup...and come back to look at this with fresh eyes!!

Also not a REIA but amazing RE group meets in Ricklin 1 time a month.

Go to some RE groups and meetups and when you meet some knowledgeable people you get along with, simply ask them if they'd mind if you called them for advice on certain situations.

I'm usually pretty risk adverse, but now may be a good time to step-back and regroup.  

I just joined the local re group, CFRI and it's a really good group.  

will be totally ignored by those who know what they are talking about, I would.You need to do some studying before trying to look at the pot of gold, most of those pots have holes in the bottom.Nothing personal, not blowing off at you, just that you're way in over your head right now and you need to back up, regroup, rethink, study and begin at the beginning. :)

I will regroup and when I figure out what I wanna do I will sure reach out to you guys!!
