Has anyone here successfully received the category?

The way I read the text, when times get bad, Norada flips debt holders to equity holders. 

What I would like to know is if you own both HPRs if you could technically receive two permits.

We didn't receive payment this month from a tenant and there was no response from them.

Sidenote: if borrower is paying P&I and investors receiving interest only it gets more challenging as you are receiving dribs and drabs of principal back every month which is impossible to deploy but you are still paying investor interest on it. yup drag on the fund will drag you down.

I plan to pull a standard lease agreement from the Florida Supreme Court website and review it with her next week.I have received a new job opportunity where I will be making an extra 40k annually and must move out of my home quicker than I initially expected.
