Hi, my name is Jese, I'm new to BiggerPockets and I'm looking to learn as much as I can about the real estate investment profession.  

I'm a commercial general contractor by profession and I'm looking to employ my skills and expertise in the fix/flip market.

For someone whose profession is accountant, your system seems trivial to set up and maintain.

@Kevin Phu there are a few other professions that are allowed to access the MLS you would have to check with your state to find out the complete list. 

Seeing that your profession is titled as a "lender" I am not sure if you meant you were going to work for a bank or meant you wanted to get a real estate license here.

Excellent choice -- both of profession and community. 

Real estate investment is a great supplement to teaching, and if you love teaching, which I'm sure you do, the income that you receive from real estate investing can relieve you from the financial burdens that unfortunately those of us in the teaching profession now I have to endure.

My profession is a truck driver traveling thru all 48 states so this makes me say I can invest anywhere and have a property manager run it.

Knowledge in your profession is always important.
