It is sad that no enforcement can even go after their fraudulent business practices. 

These people are living comfortable where they are now but not for long with SCI's practices to just make a quick buck.

There is a formula that you must follow if you want to perform, having a realtor who knows the market inside and out and practices what they preach is an absolute necessity.
