How does someone new to doing this with zero experience making videos present their deals to potential buyers on You Tube?

I have a old house that has knob and tube wiring in the attic that I need replaced before I insulate it.

Then I removed all the knob and tube and reran everything in Romex.

I have a accepted offer on a two family in MA with knob and tube wiring, but I'm finding it difficult to locate a company for insurance.

With 1- 675 sq ft apartment, we use 17 tubes of caulk.. anywhere and everywhere you can think of.. put it there!   

In Albany, I believe you need to hire a licensed plumber to do your plumbing.Is it possible to do some of the work myself - for example laying out a new network of Pex tubing, and then hire a licensed plumber to do the last bit of "clicking it together?"

Order a big poster, 12"x18" or larger, and mail it in an appropriate sized envelope or FedEx it in a tube.

Things like Knob & Tube or Aluminum wiring, in ground tanks, tenants with certain breeds of dogs, proximity to a coast, etc. are all factors that could limit the companies that will insure you or raise the cost.Feel free to PM me if you need more info on any of this.
