Instead of dedicated legal support, they use some third-party "legal platform" (in the cloud?)

You might have better luck with commercial real estate platforms like LoopNet, Crexi, or CoStar.

The layout was boxy so we opened up 2 walls to create an open concept and added French doors to the dining area to provide backyard access.
