There is not one big breakthrough or reality television moment for me ( as mentioned)--just day in day out maintenance of property and maintenance of the tenant relationship (through good communications).

It's taken months because part of MY MIND has been held captive doing things like building an agency budget, problem solving situations on the fly in an accounts payable unit, dealing with all the constant miscellaneous problems that walk into the office, all while dealing with the most surreal, television sitcom like hostile office politics one can imagine.....can not deal with it anymore!

Sell blood or plasma?

I dumped mine the same way I dumped my television.

I been donating plasma since Oct 2018 and Ebaying to increase my income on top of my full-time job at Cerner.

Do anything to disturb your neighbor, play live or recorded music, radios, or television so loudly that it disturbs your neighbor.

I am well into my 2nd year of co-mingling my current career ( film and television ) with my budding real estate investment career, with a goal of full immersion by 2021.
