My wife and I both work full time as Pharmacists in Houston and we have 2 little girls. 

I have recently graduated as a pharmacist and would like to use this career to save to buy houses in the DMV area and rent them out.

Not to mention the time they wanted out of the lease and wanted their money back because there was a meth lab in my house.Here are a few things I learned along the way:Cash is king.Be respectful, always treat people the way you want to be treated; the next person who falls on hard times may be you.Be honest about your intentions with the property.Be creative, like letting them stay there for a length of time to get their life back in order.Enforce your contract, I would not let them out of their lease, it’s legal and binding.Have no mercy with street pharmacists; involve law enforcement as soon as possible.

My wife is a pharmacist and has a ton of student loan debt. 

I am a pharmacist with a great salary working in corporate (large pharma company) and I HATE.

As a pharmacist by trade I understand fully the importance of having personal liability insurance and that people can sue me personally as well as the company I work for no matter if it is a large corporation or my personal business.

She studied Biochemistry and worked in a pharmacy for many years before she realized that she didn't want to become a pharmacist but instead wanted to homeschool our kids.I've been in the Army National Guard for 16.5 years and wanted to become a military chaplain.
