Either way, you have options which is great to have at 22 years old with equity in hand!

@Matthew Posteraro I wouldn't necessarily say that it is a way to make them more hands-off by scaling up to larger properties.

He’s constantly handing out free advice, wrote the book on 1031’s and handled mine last year. 

But I also haven’t the time to wait because people are people.
