You do not need any professional real estate certifications to flip houses, however, any training or special education in this field can be helpful, it certainly can not hurt.I had no appraisal, design, agent license, architectural training, or even a contractors license.

Thanks for the guidance on building the "vision" for someone else too, I have pretty decent contacts in the architecture/building industry and can probably get some good feedback and estimates too.For multifamily I initially thought about starting with residential as it would be my primary residence; however I am still educating myself on commercial multifamily and it is quite attractive from a financing and market stability perspective.

I am glad I was able to find that great price on the architectural shingles and my guys were able get it done quickly, I think it looks 100 times better than the 3 tab shingles and will increase the value even more.
