I would also contact the tax pros in the header and get their opinion and maybe utilize them for that reason. 

It makes it easier to scale and build a super team, in my opinion.

Like everything else... if the numbers work and all the other factors at play are good in your opinion.... go for it! 

I don't need confirmation bias, I like different opinions to help challenge what I (or can't) see.The one challenge I'll have moving forward with real estate (rental, commercial or residential) is that I am 100% investment income (LTCG, Dividends and current Rental Income).

But it is my opinion you should try Airbnb, VRBO, booking.com and FlipKey and give it a chance to see if it is adding business.
