1) All of the spaces are the same and the one unit is higher in rent because it was a month to month and the owner raised the price because it was a travel nurse and was on a month to month lease. 2) The owner is saying I could easily bring the prices up to 2150-2250 per unit and keep it at long term leases to make it easier to manage.

I've also seen lots of travel nurse interest in the Springfield area, and some of the nurses I've hosted on the MTR side end up selecting next locations out that direction.

How does this differ from long-term rentals or mid-term rentals for travel nurses?

MTRs can offer a nice balance between the steady income of long-term rentals and the high cash flow of STRs without the constant turnover.In terms of locations, I've noticed that areas close to hospitals or corporate hubs tend to do well since travel nurses and professionals on temporary assignments often seek out these rentals.

If it’s assisted living many are going broke because of covid and post covid some regulations in some states required social workers to have nursing degrees so their expenses skyrocketIf its 55+ community and rentals etc, they have been hit and miss like other real estate
