Obviously, the rules will differ from state to state.The most successful buyers have trusted bidders with cashier’s checks in multiple denominations (for cash sales) and the actual buyers have field runners and people to monitor multiple prospective properties at a given time and check sales status for postponements due to BK, etc.This is the case in larger metro markets where many properties could go to sale but few do so.There are often better ways to acquire properties then auctions.

Seems to me that if an investor considering syndicates who does not have experience or contact with syndicators would do well to join with a group of investors experienced in investing in syndications and pay the membership fee to “ride” the knowledge of experienced investors in this field.

YUP  as in not to invest in any more hood rat properties that were bought for 5k.. lol.not picking on him personally but I have been investing in Indy since 2003.. and pretty familiar with D class.. its unfortunate that a guy like morris with his star power in another field can dupe these folks into thinking these are some fantastic investments and they are going to find financial freedom in the hoods of the US>.
