Engaging in finding renters for clients on rental properties normally isn't worth a realtor's time.

It takes a lot of phone calls and asking around, but you can normally find a local or regional bank that is willing to work with investors on these types of properties.Mike

@John Cooper, it sounds like a normal tenant and a difficult landlord.

We should see a continued rise in inventories going into next year, which is normal for this time of year.

@Steven Bowdich-Called around few banks in Wichita & found out 5 year term is normal in that market for commercial loans.

In normal times i would think selling is typically the smarter financial choice, but at the current time keeping may have a significant finance (due to low interest rate) advantage.Here is a list of why adding ADUs in my CA market is typically a poor RE investment:1) The value added by the ADU addition is often significantly less than the cost of adding the ADU.
