I aced college level physics and chemistry and calculus 1 & 2 in High School.

You can all build good chemistry and create systems for a comfortable living situation.

-Out of the pool of local investors (I run a REIA here) I have identified 10 A-level “gamers” which I define as people I would love to work with based on skill sets, personal chemistry and track record.

I spent the first of two years down there in Buenos Aires working as a freelance university chemistry tutor and English teacher to scrape together some money while learning Spanish.

The chemistry job paid 40K per year and I was probably making 25-35K doing the other two jobs (food and bev and parking cars).

Side Note: My background is in Chemistry/Physics/Math.

I’m taking all my chemistry classes and on my science classes on top of my business classes.

Since I've made zero use of my chemistry degree so far, I think I may have a new project.. ;)

Side note: My original plan was to graduate with my Chemistry major and go to Physician Assistant school, but now I am rethinking that ( or at least postponing that dream) because I really don't want to take out a $100k loan when I also want to start investing in real estate earlier rather than later.
