It's always harder to start something moving than it is to keep momentum going. 

Hey guys and gals, I have been listening to the bigger pockets podcast like crazy and really feel like i have some good momentum going in my small but growing business!

@Tiffany Milan I'm starting (actually starting again) and like @Jessica G. said, there's a point when the yuck of NOT being in on the RE momentum is more painful than the yuck of any RE excuses I may have.

Just make sure you do your research in the meantime and set yourself up so that next one becomes a homerun, then the momentum will really start.

I think it will die, but this stupid idea gained momentum. 

I do have a bit of rehab experience, but it’s been about 10 years since I’ve had any real hands-on.So finally, to my question:Armed with this little knowledge, should I:A)Buy something quick after analyzing deals 24/7 over the next few weeksB)Wait for now, learn more and keep renting (effectively pushing back REI due to a 12-month lease)My biggest concern is the fact that if I push back the ACTION portion for a whole year, I may lose the enthusiasm and momentum that I’m so excited about.

The momentum of this cycle has already fizzled out.

@Joyce ChanI obtained my license in 2017 after already building some momentum in real estate business.

My momentum was really beginning to build, so I set a seemingly ludicrous goal of 100 units and 10 completed flips by the end of 2018.

For most people the ascent with be a gradual one and as you gain experience you will also gain momentum but like anything else you have to become a good manager of your business and need to make wise decision.
