Especially with commercial loans there is generally not a lot of heart ache about allowing you to contribute into an LLC.

Is this in a ch 7 or a ch 13?. 

I opted to go with the low rent, but guaranteed income and 0 head aches.

Demand they set up ACH or some other automatic billing  and that only one payment is made (don't let them try and pay their share separately). 40k is a lot.

You'll be better prepared, you'll have less heart ache and you won't have to deal with the struggles of some management company that thinks what they did is "good enough" while you're taking a beating in the wallet and possibly overseas.

We have to physically go into a bank for the deposit since it's easy to blow past the number of check limits and/or the dollar amount limits.In our case, we're doing commercial real estate so the check values are high per month.I would love to ask our customers to do ACH / direct deposit, but they're not always amenable to that.
