Put me onto my own research rabbit hole?

Ideally, if REI allows us to live the life we hope to have, we will have a lot more flexibility to volunteer our time as well as having more monetary resources with which to help others.

In turn one tenant that wanted to part from the group found an attorney to dig through the lease and find a loop hole which is frightening to me. 

It's a tough pill to swallow, but it will be even tougher if you continue digging the hole and have to lose more.

So the house he was living in had 18 open holes .

If there's a hole, it may be a red flag.b) sensitivity analysis: I examine all the assumptions, and make sure I can live with the worst case scenarios.c) "Stall and see": if they are getting money over multiple years, and there is no penalty for investing later, I would usually wait so I get some real performance data, versus having to look at theoretical pro forma information.d) Recession stress test: I will not invest in anything, until I subject it to recession level stress and see if I can live with the result.

This is a quick way to make a tenant think you're an as*hole.

Just curious how it really  turned out if it only made 10K average investor who would have had to borrow money would have been in the hole on this flip..So if you care to share the details I bet others would be very interested.OH i see your with velkesman I know those guys they charge money to get into their program.. 

This past summer was our first year, so to test the market we had a 3 day minimum, and we filled every weekend with 3-5 day stays easily but we had holes in the midweek.
