I also read that a proper structure must be followed to defend future assets like trusts under LLC, etc, because there are many assets hunters going for your properties and looking to sue you. 

That's going to be a hard sell if you have to defend it in court (other than grass) IMO without good, detailed and dated pictures.

I think this will be more helpful to some OPs too because it seems that when we go on an attack that says or implies fraud the buyers of these mentorship’s become extremely defensive and feel a strong need to defend their (ridiculous) investment.  

I’ve also thought about building T-hangars at Mulino, reading their master plan, it looks like they have defend demand and are full now.

However, I don’t recommend over insuring because you’re going to be drawing attention to yourself as the deep pocket defendant that everyone wants to target.
