There's an actual real estate college degree; and within the MBA program there's a real estate concentration.Subjects that could certainly fuel an investor's rise to empire besides just accounting and business could be architecture (evaluating structures), psychology (negotiation), economics (noticing trends in a market), statistics (various areas of investing), and there are probably more that aren't popping into my head at the moment.

On that path let the salary fund an MBA and PMP certification as well as, IF you still have the desire to sell real estate, also the investments required to be an agent.

Your sanity and peace of mind will be more intact on that path and you'll also have more time available to keep on with certifications and eventually an MBA to boost your income even more.3)  Once the income stream ("just over broke" as Robert Kiyosaki calls a "job") is in place to generate much-needed capital, I would settle into a very frugal life to begin with.

I recently graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor's in Finance and I'm looking to work/learn for a couple years before starting grad school towards an MBA, most likely specified in real estate.In the meantime, I got some footing in the game and earned my real estate sales associate license in 2018, my freshman year of college.
