No doubt - this thing is like a bad penny that just keeps showing up, covered in old bubble gum. 

That 70-80% of appraisers instead of 100% of them couldn't put a reasonable value on a pack of gum, let alone a house, yes, that sounds like a more reasonable estimate. 

Old linoleum type tiles are common carriers, ceiling tiles, mastic, plaster, plaster board.  

For speed & convenience I only use the premixed mastic & grout as depending on ambient temperature the mixed powder stuff has been a big problem.

@Kundan Chand,I definitely understand, I just hired a company to clean.. they were there for 3 hours, wanted to charge me $250-- when I checked their work, it was really crappy, i'm sorry-- but as a cleaner, you job is to remove gum off the floor.   

Let me tell you lots of my rentals got pretty back splashes for little more than the price of mastic and a few hours of work.
