Springfield MA is a great market for rentals!

OR they are a very small, very novice "Ma,Pa" operation aged out, dilapidated, not really much there to be honest and after years of decline now retiring out.   

In tenant friendly states like Maine and MA, a small error in the paperwork could result in the process starting all over again.
