Apparently not in my jurisdiction (but they went easy on one item that had a manufacturing date pre need for permit by removing some of the requirements but did I still needed the permit and associated fees)  Next is AB1482 (rent control).

So I have to contact retailers, manufacturers, figure it all out in addition to simply purchasing a replacement.

I have also noticed Manufactured and Modular homes have become very popular due to the current Florida market and over priced homes.I have had a big uptick in buyers reaching out for help on vacant lots and putting in a new Double or Triplewide Manufactured. 

Of course he knows something is breaking somewhere where he needs to switch course asap lol I'm an electrical contractor for tech in hardware manufacturing and tertiary companies.
