I've read BiggerPockets' Real Estate Investing book and am particularly interested in the house hacking strategy, as I'd like to move out of my current living situation.Our main dilemma is choosing between a single-family home (renting out one room to a close friend) or a multifamily property like a duplex or triplex.

I know it seems like this older lady has an intent to intimidate me, but hopefully she is just behaving this way because her mind is slipping later in life.

Short-term rentals mainly cater to vacationers.

I want to ask about PA's multifamily (mainly duplex) scene in the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh areas.Currently, I'm in my mid 20s and am starting a new job in PA.

As long as all parties are aware of your intentions, go ahead and get it done. 

I’ve been searching for a form or contract I could use to recast or modify the terms of a loan that I seller financed a few years ago, with the intention of lowering the monthly payment for the borrowers and extending the repayment timeline.

Who’s your main audience right now—parents, fans, or a mix of both?

I think that does make sense to do as cash flow to help build and acquire more properties is my main goal right now
