Just this week I sent an e-mail to her caseworker to notify the HA of our pending lawsuit to obtain a judgment for what she owns, and the caseworker confirmed that she will place the voucher on hold until the outcome of the court case, which prohibits the tenant from leaving until I confirm she is in compliance with her lease.

I requested via certified mail that my security deposit be returned, but he said that it was forfeited due to a clause in the lease that said it was forfeited if any provision of the lease was violated, in this case not staying the final month.

DT or MOrt is what your borrower signs and that MUST be notarized the Note does NOT need to be notarized .. 7. upon recorded you get your lenders policy showing what position loan you made AND on the mortgage or deed of trust there is a Block that is filled in that tells the county recorder to mail this document back to you once recorded..
