If that doesn't work, then they'd loosen up the search radius (may go out to 2 miles, or even 5 miles if necessary), or the timing (maybe look back 9 months, or a year, for sold properties).

I just looked at it, so dont hold me to that.LendingHome has one now too, its a 5/1 ARM at Libor plus 4.75% if I remember right.  3 years of prepays, I'd have to check on the origination, but I'm guessing 2.5%.Lending is continuing to loosen

yes you buy   B   Renovate  R   refinance pull your cash out  R and then repeat Rthis is how most investors bought rentals pre 08 in the aggressive lending years its just now come back into vogue as lending has loosened up again..its not some brand new thing like some people may think..
