Ok so notice it is December.... the saga of the beep continues.I had the fire alarm company out twice--nothing wrong with the system, no beep, they go away... tenant says it is beeping again.So I have a locksmith there one day and jokingly tell him let me know if you hear a beep.

I also don't know if I get any mail for him where it should be forwarded to, heck I can't even get into the mail box now until I have a locksmith come fix it.The rent is not structured as a "monthly" rent.

I tell them they then need to call a locksmith per the lease.

Chris:We do not see (m)any Kwickset locks up here, but Weiser has a similar line of locks and they are a huge waste of time ... locksmiths have disparaging things to say about them.   

I did all the tenant screening remotely and he would meet them, have them sign the contract and walk through checklist, hand over the keys and then mail them to me.For key changes I would have a locksmith meet them to change the locks at  the time of the walkthrough.

I have had good luck with Pennington Locksmith.

At first she started out doing the small things like utilities, paperwork, meeting with locksmiths, signs in yards, lock boxes, taking calls, inputting listings etc.
