When I pull up your address the first photo I see is the front of the house, which, in my opinion, doesn't do the inside justice, and that is the first photo that is going to be critiqued and ultimately the critical "first impression" by potential buyers.

However, a creditor would have to go through the judicial system to even know who the beneficiary of the trust was, and as we have seen from this post in CA that can take multiple years and many thousands of dollars, not everybody is able or willing to do that ... you can have as much justice as you can afford, as the attorneys say.
