Sorry for all the negativity but due to the influences in Biggerpockets, self-managing is the way to go on this forum.

This is market dependent and it can be influenced by the comparables in the neighborhood. 

This influences your next step … stay with current first loan, bring in partners and payoff, refinance, assume.

I would say best case is that given political climate, those in control of economic directions take a step back from all political influence as it poses a no-win scenario, and heavily relies upon guidance, direction and leadership from economic/finance professionals to a degree much more significant degree than prior.

Though the current housing market conditions can influence the cost-effectiveness of buying versus building. 

I just think we have so much info with a bunch of influencers that we always pysch ourselves out thinking everything has to be perfect.

Try expanding your sphere of influence.

My thought is there are cultural influences at play here

Our Agent knew we were beat up buyers since we lost 3 homes prior and switched agents..The agent influenced us to go non contingent offer waiving everything… if we wanted to win the house.
