Haven't met too many locals born/raised there. 

Great Cap rates i believe the capital region is a goldmine and im boots onn the ground born and raised here.

I’m just happy to do my part for those who weren’t lucky enough to be born with my work ethic.

It's a very STR-friendly area, since vacation rentals have existed there since before I was born and long before AirBNB etc.  

The market For the property is for young professionals with may be new born or toddlers, or people in their 40-50s.
