@Kyle Cross you claim to know a lot about the industry, but your questions are vague and so is the info you've provided.Not sure how managing 8 units doesn't, "require much management"?

I will move forward with my journey and just follow the positive people in this group that is amazing.I get the Ra RA Ra stuff.. just sometimes reality comes into play.. and its sad to see people run down these rabbit holes.. when those with decades of experience in the industry know better.. just trying to give both sides..   

I wasn't around hosting during the COVID days & certainly sounds like they should've honored the hosts cancellation policies but know COVID threw a wrench into everything, no matter the industry.

If your 5th deal is good, you should be able to find funding outside the banking industry.

The more properties you walk and the more industry conversations you have, the better you’ll get at identifying these opportunities.

We neeed licensing for wholesalers as well as the banking and mortgage industry to start calling more notes due.

It doesn't matter the company you work for as long as you are part of the real estate industry. 

Also with plans to reduce industrial "intensity" in and around residential areas. 

If I had the business headquartered at some commercial or industrial space, I could deduct the entire cost of the space.
